The Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System

Our Health System has grown into a major statewide ministry. It is a testament the Franciscan Sisters dedicated, highly motivated and pioneering work. We are humbled by the fact that there are so many team members dedicated to supporting our ministry and serving those most in need. Our healthcare ministry is well respected and appreciated by the communities we serve.

The Innovation Institute

The Innovation Institute is a highly regarded collaborative of nonprofit health system member-owners including and serves as an example of our health system’s pioneering work. The Institute fosters a sense of entrepreneurship among team members and physicians by encouraging everyone to submit ideas for development. If the idea is accepted, the Institute then acts as an innovation incubator to evaluate new ideas and to potentially help develop the idea from concept stage, to protecting the invention, to end products and business services.
